1 General Provisions

3 Account Security

The security of your win27 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your account password and login details confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the win27 support team immediately.
• Your account may not be shared with any third party. If such an incident is detected, the account will be closed.
• win27 will never ask for your password or PIN via email or chat.
• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.

win27 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from sharing your login details with others.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

win27 accepts transactions only through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum and maximum transaction limits are as follows:

• For deposits, members must use a mobile banking account registered in their own name.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will be sent to your registered payment method; withdrawals to a different method will not be accepted.
• To withdraw any bonus winnings, the relevant wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5 for details).
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

win27 offers various types of bonuses and promotions for members. By accepting a bonus, the following conditions will apply:

• Bonus Calculation Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
• Wagering Calculation: Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonuses are for use on the win27 platform only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• win27 reserves the right to modify or cancel any member's bonus entitlement for valid reasons.
• Bonus offers may have specific expiry dates; bonuses not used in time will expire.

VIP program members receive weekly cashback benefits based on their tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Platinum. VIP tier upgrades are based on a player's overall activity.

6 Game Rules

All games at win27 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Members should keep the following points in mind when playing:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be recorded according to the previous bet or game state.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or server issue, win27 reserves the right to refund the relevant amount or offer a re-evaluation.
• For sports betting, the specific rules of each market apply. If a match is postponed or abandoned, win27's decision regarding the relevant bets is final.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and the game provider's rules apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win27 platform, and any violation will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another member's account or hacking.
• Identity fraud — registering an account with false information or conducting transactions under another person's identity.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other members or staff of the platform.

If such activities are detected, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited, and win27 reserves the right to take legal action.

12 Account Suspension or Closure

win27 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity is suspected.

• Based on a member's own request for self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure, win27 will endeavor to return the member's deposited (non-bonus) balance, however in cases of fraud all funds may be forfeited.
